This new business is being formed by two established companies with the opportunity to exploit a growing market for outsourced technical design services. Utilising established customers and track record, the person sought will be responsible for developing the strategic plan, securing new business and delivering expected sales and profits.
It is a ‘front line’ role with a strong emphasis on developing and managing the business which has realistic growth targets. Upon achievement of targets equity will be offered together with the role of MD. A unique opportunity exists for the successful candidate to develop and lead this venture into the future.
Candidates will have experience in selling products or consultancy services to design and build contracting companies and possess a wide range of contacts in the sector. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as is experience of preparing and presenting bids and proposals. Good basic knowledge of P&L and recruitment skills are paramount in developing the ongoing business.
